HKR is a small technology company engaged in the manufacture and sale of industrial robots,integrated development and manufacturing of industrial robot systems,and after-sales service of industrial robot systems.It is committed to becoming China’s leading provider of intelligent manufacturing equipment.With the rapid development of industrial robot industry and strong demand of industrial robots,HKR has broad development prospects.The choice of development strategy is related to the future development of the company,therefore,this paper uses tools and methods such as PEST tools,SWOT model and Value Chain Analysis to systematically conduct and analysis the company’s internal and external development factors,then gives the company decision support.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and research significance,and then expounds the framework,method,and contents of this thesis.The second chapter makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the macro environment and industrial ecology in which HKR is located.The third chapter focuses on the internal and external resources of the company,core business,key capabilities,especially describing the company’s core competitiveness and existing problems.The forth chapter focus on the company’s strategic choice,which sorts out the company’s vision,mission,and strategy for growth and development.The fifth chapter presents the strategy implementation section,which comprehensively describes the specific implementation strategies and path selection to implement its strategy.Summary is represented in the last.Following the company’s vision and strategic positioning,HKR is focused on automation system integration,manufacturing and selling industrial robots,providing intelligent manufacturing solutions from electronics,automotive parts and new energy battery industries,and is committed to becoming China’s leading intelligent manufacturing.Equipment provider.In order to achieve the above objectives,the company can choose a differentiated development strategy,starting with product differentiation,service differentiation,and marketing differentiation,strengthening supply chain management,building a human resources protection platform with competitive advantages,and attaching importance to corporate culture construction.Sustainable and rapid development of the company.
