With the development of the domestic construction industry,the competition for talents in the construction industry is becoming increasingly fierce,which also requires the construction industry to pay more attention to Talent cultivation,and to reserve Talent resources for the development in the future.With the intensification of talent-flowing,middle-level managers play a Significant role in construction enterprises.How to attract and retain middle-level managers has become an urgent problem for construction enterprises.It is an important part for the human resources work to help their middle-level managers plan their career.When Career planning can effectively play a role in the company,its human resources demand is fully met,which is beneficial to the construction of enterprise management team,and the soft power of competition in the construction industry;It can also enable the middle-level managers to make clear career development goals and ideals and help middle-level managers get through the bottleneck in the development of career to achieve their own careers.Career planning of middle-level managers combines the growth of employees with the healthy and stable development of enterprises to enable middle-level managers to participate in every link of companies' development.It will certainly bring a win-win game for company and middle-level managers,and enhance the competitiveness of company.Based on the career planning of middle-level managers in Beidahuang Construction Group Co.,Ltd.and guided by the theory of career planning and management at home and abroad,I make a questionnaire survey and conduct on-site interview for middle-level managers in construction enterprises.It deeply understands the current situation of human resources and career planning and management in enterprises,and analyses the career students of middle-level managers in this company.The problems and reasons in career planning are discussed.Based on Actual status of enterprises,the career planning of middle-level managers is adjusted in six aspects: job responsibility analysis,career development channels,performance compensation system,competitive platform construction,career planning positioning,career planning stagemanagement and career planning adjustment.It points out the direction for the career management of middle-level managers in enterprises and provides a reference for the career management of middle-level managers in construction industry.
