The generalized concept of e-business covers all electronic business activities, and this article discusses the narrow sense of the e-commerce.In mid and late1990s, on the basis of the number of internet users continued to expand, the venture capital enter into the internet industry, all kinds of e-commerce sites had been setting up. Although the development of China’s e-commerce started late compared with the developed countries, but developing rapidly. According to the China electronic commerce research center’s statistics, the e-commerce transactions reached RMB8.5trillion in2012, compared to the value of RMB0.08trillion in2000, increased by100times. When one thing is expected as a future developing trend and maintained rapid growth, it deserves special attention. Now the electronic commerce is developing quickly and become the way of many enterprises, individuals, governments to sale and shop. However, good e-commerce market cannot hide the situation of lack of professional talents:on the one hand, the job market demand of our electronic commerce is very big; on the other hand, a lot of e-commerce professional graduates cannot find jobs, the electronic commerce program of the vocational colleges are shown red cards because of the low employment rates. There is contradiction between supply and demand of electrical commerce talents.Due to the contradiction between supply and demand of electrical commerce talents, the sustainable development of China’s e-commerce industry and professional talent training is facing new challenges. However, few scholars have focused on this problem at present. Aiming at this phenomenon, I collected a large amount of data and information. On the basis of the electronic commerce and human resources theory, this paper expounds the background of the rapid development of China’s e-commerce. And using quantitative and qualitative method to analyze the development status of the electronic commerce talented person’s supply and demand, pointing out that the cause of the contradiction between supply and demand of China’s e-commerce talents are incomplete electric business training system, poor enterprise’s human resources management, less competitive talents and the asymmetric information in human resources market and so on. In order to better solve the contradiction between supply and demand of talent. On the basis of reason analysis, building the Supply-Demand balance model, and a location map of personnel training. Finally combined with the above theoretical analysis and empirical research, and the human resources theory, giving some advice on how to improve the contradiction between supply and demand of electronic commerce talented person from the aspects of government, enterprises, schools and individuals:exercise government predominance function, innovate talent-training model, improve enterprise human resources management mechanism, the enhancement the competitiveness of talents, etc. Someday the gross of talents is increasing continuously, the diathesis of talents is advance continuously, and the configuration of talents is improving clearly in china, to meet the demand of China’s e-commerce development.
