With the economic globalization’s acceleration and China’s rapid economicdevelopment, the automobile manufacturing industry’s status in China’s nationaleconomy is improving continuously. Based on the situation of the fierce globalcompetition and the opportunities and challenges coexist, to seek long-termdevelopment, in an impregnable position, must improve the level of enterprisesoperating performance. So it is necessary to introduce the popular six sigmamanagement in successful large enterprises at home and abroad in theperformance evaluation process, achieve the goal of controlling the performancefluctuation and improve the performance level effectively.This paper researched on the internal working performance evaluationsystem of Hua Tong automobile manufacturing company with a morecomprehensive, systematic perspective based on the problems existing in theenterprise performance evaluation index’s selection, system’s construction,evaluation analysis and other aspects and the enterprise performance fluctuationstatus quo. First of all, it generalized the Hua Tong automobile manufacturingcompany’s performance evaluation index’s selection basis such as the production,technology, capital characteristics.etc. According to the introduction of the HuaTong automobile manufacturing company’s performance evaluation institutionand the status quo, summed up the problems of the performance evaluation ofHua Tong automobile manufacturing company and analyzed the reasons. Andthen, according to the core idea and basic process of six sigma management putforward the enlightenment from six sigma management to performanceevaluation of Hua Tong automobile manufacturing company. Then In the core section of the article, in combination with the six sigma’s core idea, combiningthe qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, built the enterpriseperformance evaluation index system on the enterprise’s meso level, department,for example. Based on the six sigma management’s DMAIC process, designedand improved the Hua Tong automobile manufacturing company’s performanceevaluation process with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method. Found out the root cause of the fluctuation inthe performance effectively, and provided the corresponding solutions. A set ofstandardized work processes of Hua Tong automobile manufacturing company’sperformance evaluation system are provided. At the end of the article, verified theeffect of the performance evaluation system’s improvement and summarized theimprovement measures and the significance of the improvement.
