YuanFeng Petroleum Engineering Technology Technological Innovation Capability Evaluation

At present, the small and medium-sized oil equipment manufacturing enterprises of China is in the good development momentum, having a significant contribution to the rapid development of the national economy, and which is the important part of the development of equipment manufacturing industry. Enhancing the technological innovation capability of enterprises is the only way of development and growth for the small and medium-sized oil equipment manufacturing enterprises, and which is the important issue in solving. Therefore, how to enhance the technological innovation capability of small and medium-sized oil equipment manufacturing enterprises, which has becoming an important research topic.Basing on the above background, the aim of this research is Yuanfeng petroleum engineering technical company which is a typical small and medium-sized oil equipment manufacturing companies of the Deyang city. Through this research, I hope to find out the crux of hindering technological innovation capability of enterprises, providing a basis of developing strategies for the enterprise, and also providing a reference for the small and medium-sized oil equipment manufacturing enterprises of Deyang city which could enhance their technological innovation capability.First, in this article, basing on the elaboration of the research’s background, status, and relating theoretical basis, the necessity of the study is pointed out, the research’s consequent of the technology innovation capability of enterprises is summed up, and the technological innovation is analyzed deeply from the point of view of the process, then the nature of technological innovation is revealed——a successful technological innovation must be the organization and coordination of R&D, production and sales.Secondly, the analyses of the status of the company’s technological innovation which is based on a large number of literatures for the technological innovation capability. The article’research includes the features and the realizing way of technological innovation of Yuanfeng company, and the internal factors and external factors which would affect the technological innovation capability is researched. After those, the article defines six elements which constitute the company’s technological innovation capability:the capacity of investment of resources, the capacity of R&D, the capacity of production, the capacity of marketing, the capacity of output, the capacity of innovation management. And based on those, the article establishes the index system of technological innovation capability, then explaining the index system.Finally, basing on the index system established, in the article, the hierarchical is found and the weights of the evaluation index and the membership matrix is determined. In this article, it determines the weights of the evaluation index and the membership matrix of the qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators through survey questionnaires. Then, it analyzes the individual evaluation results and the composite evaluation results by using fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation model. Ultimately, in this article, it put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions basing on the evaluation results.
