The Analysis Of The Location Of Linkage Supermarket Cold Fresh Meat Supply Chain Distribution Center And The Optimization Of Distribution Tactic

The quality and safety of food includes a wide range of contents, containing bothproduction safety and operation safety, and both result safety and process safety. Therefore,from the perspective of supply chain management, it bears a great realistic significance forus to research the field of the quality and safety of food starting from researching the freshagricultural products circulation link, in order to guarantee the quality of food to the largestdegree and to reduce the wear and tear on the way.This article researches the quality and safety of food from the perspective of supplychain management, specified in the following aspects of planning establishment, site selection,path optimization and effect evaluation of modern agricultural products distribution center.As to the planning establishment of agricultural products distribution center, I tookYinbao chain supermarket in Feicheng city as the study object,certified “infrastructure,management environment, natural environment, resources superiority and other aspects” asthe five first-level targets, and then subdivided each aspects into second-level targets; throughusing analytic hierarchy process, I established the evaluation system of planning anddecision-making of agricultural products distribution center of Yinbao chain supermarket inFeicheng city.Through using system clustering method, I promoted the29Yinbao chain supermarket inTai’an city with three plans. After inviting business experts and departments administrators toevaluate those plans, and with the reference of evaluation system of planning anddecision-making, I came to the evaluating conclusion of those plans:Plan1is the optimal one.On the basis of Plan1, to address the site selection of agricultural products distributioncenter, I put the29chain supermarket in the rectangular coordinate system, took the methodof questionnaire investigation and field survey, then got its geographical coordinates and totalquantity of cold fresh meat in one day, afterwards, I used centroid method to calculate thevirtual geographical coordinates of the distribution center.As to the problems of low delivery timeliness and low store satisfaction rate reflected inthe questionnaire, through using the example analysis, combing the site selection ofdistribution center, and quoting indexes of flexible time tables and penalty cost, I established acost accounting model, with the using of saving algorithm and the example analysis tooptimize the fresh agricultural product distribution path, in order to improve the deliverytimelines for chain supermarkets and to shorten the time in transit. At last, I compared theadvantages and disadvantages of the distribution center mode and the existing practice mode according to the indexes of transportation time, transportation cost, cost of damage, deliverytimeliness and penalty cost, and then I found out that the distribution center mode is superiorto the existing practice mode in every index, which proved the possibility of buildingdistribution center and the feasibility of distribution center mode.
