The real estate industry is one of the pillar industry of national economy, not only related to the overall economic development trends, is also closely related to people’s livelihood. JF real estate company one of the leading companies as Xi’an local industry is at a critical stage of the strategic development, to identify the strategic positioning of the company’s next phase, will be phased strategic development objectives, and the auxiliary one of the effective development of the company strategy and business competitive strategy for leading companies gain the competitive advantage and continue to maintain the regional market, it is particularly important.Classic strategic planning framework and the logical structure of the system, based on discourse macro-external operating environment of the JF real estate company in Xi’an, in view of industry business situation, micro-learning and competitive benchmarking enterprise status, and the company’s internal resources capacity The advantages and disadvantages of a detailed analysis. Based on this, the company’s next phase of the mission, vision, business philosophy, strategic positioning and strategic objectives, and on this basis, clearly the company’s business portfolio, regional development layout, housing product mix strategy, and brand strategy. In addition, to ensure the effective strategic implementation, this article also pointed out that JF real estate company should improve the key abilities of land purchasing/storage, capital operation, market research&project planning, and cost control. And JF real estate company also needs to improve the strategic operations management system and strategies for monitoring the implementation of the performance appraisal system.This article changes the old way JF real estate company used to make its strategy which is far from its own inner resource and capability. Basing on SWOT analysis, we analyze on outer and inner environment, and the experience of other outstanding corporates, then builds a systematic, scientific strategy. This will provide a basic to the coming business process reengineering and performance appraisal system building. Through all these, we hope to change JF real estate company into an efficient strategy-focused organization.
