The Effect Of Innovation Ability And Innovation Performance On Susutaianable Development

Innovation is fundamental to the high-tech enterprises.Innovation capability and innovation performance impact on the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises, but rapid growth of development funding and support from government policy did not bring research results and synchronous growth on innovation performance, so it’s worthing to research that how to use existing resources to make high-tech enterprises continue to grow well.It should focus on improving innovation performance levels.Research on innovation ability, innovation performance and sustainable growing will not only help the government department to make policies,but also guide enterprises to innovate.But the existing theoretical research point of view, we find that scholars study on the performance of technological innovation is more, ignoring innovation behavior and activities’effect on high-tech innovation performance and sustainable growth beyond technological innovation.Therefore, this study has important practical significance for promoting enterprises’ development and enhancing our corporate status in international competition.This study investigated how the ability to obtain innovative resources, research capabilities, marketing ability affect on the enterprises,and innovation performance is an important guarantee to carry out innovation activities and achieve the sustainable growth.what’s more,innovation ability also affects innovation performance level.Therefore,this article explore how innovation ability affect sustainable growth,and further research is about innovation performance how to affect innovation ability and sustainable growth.So this research will build a theoretical model of logical relationship between the three variables,that is, innovation ability, innovation performance,sustainable development.The article proposes hypotheses and through questionnaire to collect data.The result shows that intermediary role of innovation performance on innovation ability and sustainable growth is0.160,and direct contribution of innovation ability to sustainable growth is0.792.
