Innovation is an important means of a nation’s international competitiveness, the only constant innovation, to shorten the gap with developed countries in China, can be achieved by "made in China" to create successful transformation in China. High and new technology enterprise is an important carrier of innovation, so it is also an important force in national development strategy, is an important object of state policy support. Due to high and new technology enterprise of our country starts late, the academic circles to the research of high and new technology enterprise of relevant proposition is not comprehensive enough, make a high and new technology enterprise managers can draw lessons from the successful experience of not much. Existing theory study, the research object from the first-tier cities in China, and three or four cities in our country’s high-tech enterprises have been booming, so their development should get the attention of academia.High and new technology enterprise in the process of development, facing the huge technical risk, financial risk, market risk and management risk, and three or four line city high and new technology enterprise in support and talent aggregation effect to much difference compared with cities in our country, therefore faced a greater risk of. How to help the healthy development of the three cities of high-tech enterprises, government officials, scholars and enterprise managers should become a topic of mutual interest. Based on the above understanding, this article will be the focus of the research.as the corporate performance, and argues that the contemporary enterprise performance should not be merely economic performance, more should include the ability of the sustainable development of enterprises, because of short-term profit is not the purpose of the vast majority of new and high technology enterprise pursues, they are more focused on the ability of the sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper, on the basis of sorting, inducing and summarizing predecessors’research, innovation ability as the independent variable, the innovation performance as intermediate variable, the enterprise performance as the dependent variable, and tries to through the empirical analysis to explore the internal influence mechanism between the three variables. Through the empirical analysis result, the innovation ability has a significant effect on corporate performance, as a result of innovation performance in innovation and business performance between the intermediary effect is 0.626, the innovation ability can identify most of the impact on the business performance is with the aid of innovation performance as an intermediary to achieve, and the innovation ability of enterprise performance directly influence only 0.178.
