Nowadays, with the development of market economy and global economicintegration, market competition has been increasingly fierce for businesses,and its level higher. In the face of an economic environment more complexand volatile than ever before, many governments started to explore how toensure the survival and development of their organizations through adjustingdevelopment strategy. Corporate culture, an effective tool for businesssuccess, has got more and more attention as modern enterprises seek ways toboost growth. However in general, corporate culture construction in ourcountry is still in its infancy,how to effectively build a corporate culture thatis well adapted to business development strategy becomes a significant topic.This paper examines LD’s current corporate culture through literatureresearch, surveys and interviews. Corporate culture in LD is still superficialand mere formalities, rather than a deep culture widely shared within theorganization. Concerning LD’s internal and external environment and itsdevelopment needs, this paper put forward corresponding countermeasuresand solutions for LD’s corporate culture promotion both internally andexternally on four levels: spirit culture, regulation culture, behavioral cultureand material culture.
