Labor flow, from nature look, can be divided into reasonable flow and unreasonable flow. However, the traditional labor flow theory simply analysis the rational mobility of labor force, and at present in China, the existing labor reasonable flow also exists and the traditional theory abhorrent labor flow "vision". Theory and reality between conflicts, restricted the labor reasonable allocation of resources, obstruct the development of our country’s economy. Therefore, analysis of labor flow "vision" the root, so as to avoid "vision" generation is very necessary.Based on the current our country labor flow "vision" to challenge the traditional theory is the breakthrough point, based on labor flow theory and bounded rationality theory as the foundation, from the Angle of limited rational analysis of the flow of laborers decision-making behavior. First of all, from the laborer capacity limitation and external environment uncontrollability two aspects explain laborer limited rational necessity of existence. Then, the paper analyzes the limited rational laborer flow decision making behavior mechanism:the employee’s limited rational cause in the decision-making process appear all sorts of cognitive deviation, these deviation including decision making prophase information identification deviation, decision-making information editor deviation and decision-making plan information evaluation stage of the deviation; Cognitive deviation and affect flow decision choose make it appear decision selection bias, and decision choose deviation affect income return difference, make the employee’s real income and expected income discrepancy; Income reporting differences in turn affect information recognition deviation. Finally, in this paper, the limited rational laborer flow decision-making behavior mechanism of empirical research, and according to the results of this research puts forward relevant Suggestions.
