| With the reform and open-door policy carried out,China has experienced more than 30 years of rapid development.Recently China has entered an important period of transition, original mode of development unsustainable,Many scholars are concerned that the "Lewis turning point" has begun to emerge, the first demographic dividend is gradually disappearing, while the surge in labor costs also continue to weaken our competitive advantage in the international. At the same time, the level of urbanization in our country is relatively low compared with both developed countries and developing countries with similar development level in our country, and there is still room for improvement. In the process of urbanization, the rural areas in our country have serious left-behind problems.Through the analysis of this paper, the traditional Todaro model has some deficiencies in guiding us to understand the problem of agricultural labor force transfer. In view of this, this paper chooses the bounded rationality angle of view to analyze our country’s current agricultural labor force transfer problem, and gives the corresponding policy suggestion. Therefore, after referred numbers paper of bounded rationality and transformation of agricultural labor. We expound the bounded rationality, optimization and agricultural labor force transfer model and the mechanism of how multiple occupations and revenue growth influence the transfer of agricultural labor force. We did empirical research based on the data from CHNS(1991-2011)and provincial panel data 29 Province(1993-2013).On theoretical aspect,This article suggests that cognitive ability, uncertain environment,as well as incomplete information restrict the transformation of agricultural labor,so the agricultural labors who have multiple occupations and higher income are more likely to transfer to nonagricultural industry. On demonstration aspect,we use multiple occupations agricultural labor to measure practice and use rural per capita net income to measure expectations in bounded rationality theory.Logit model and spatial econometric model were used at the same time. The empirical results support the theoretical analysis of this paper. After theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper argues that the bounded rational agricultural labor force determines the final distribution of labor time by adjusting the optimal step length, multiple occupations,Revenue growth have a significant impact on the transfer of agricultural labor force,In addition, the gender, educational level, marital status, age and social demand for non-agricultural labor force of agricultural labor force all have a certain influence on the transfer of agricultural labor force. In this regard, this paper suggests that we should strengthen the transfer of employment support for the agricultural labor force, increase the income level of agricultural labor force, improve the institutional arrangements in the process of agricultural labor force transfer, and increase investment in rural infrastructure. |
