| After the implementation of Reform and opening up policy, the changes in dualrural-urban economic and social structure, the rapid development in rural companiesand some other relevant elements have caused the immigration of rural people fromthe rural areas to urban areas and from the agricultural department to thenon-agriculture department. It is a certainty that China, as a developing country, willcome cross during the period of economy-increasing and the social transformation. The main argument of my dissertation is the impacts of human-land relationship onthe immigration of rural people, how those impacts affect the current situation of ruralimmigration, and how those characteristics of rural immigration reflected on thehuman-land relationship. Finally, I illustrated some questions about the currentsituation between rural immigration and human-land relationship and then I revealedsome probable suggestions.I used the theoretical and empirical analysis; firstly, according to the literature review, I learnt the international and national theories aboutlabor-power movement and human-land relationship, recent research in this area.Secondly, I analyzed the China integrated data in2010for empirical analysis andfurther described the rural labor movement in the perspective of human-landrelationship.Actually the rural labor power movement has great impacts on both urban andrural areas, so the in-detail analysis of this phenomenon and rational control and guideof this movement will play significant role in dealing with problems in rural area, rural people and agriculture issues and in social transformation.I got the conclusionthat human-land relationship is the main reason for the rural labor movement. Land, economy and policies have caused the current labor movement; however thehuman-land relationship has guided the willingness to move of the rural people formore job opportunities and permanent immigration. In this case, rural-labormovement in China has its own characteristics in movement direction, workingchoices, movement time and willingness to return. On the contrary, the movement ofthe rural labor reacted back to the human-land relationship. The two parts have mutualinfluence on each other and in close contact. After all, the effectiveness control andinvestment of human-land relationship will not only encourage the development ofitself but also the rational labor movement. |
