With the rapid development of market economy and the continually expansion of the company scale, the competition between the companies is getting more and more intense. So, all in all,the most important competition is the competition of the talent people. The Human resources is the main source of the core competitive power, and the performance management is the leader of human resource management which plays an important role in the realization of the company strategic target.Based on the analysis of the research in the field of the performance management and the relative theory, home and aboard, This paper make a deep analysis and summary of the performance management system, the research shows that there is a lot of problem in the system now which makes it hard to match the recent development of the company, also makes it hard to realize its performance target. The main problems are: the performance management of the company still stay on the surface. The company mixes up the concept of the performance management and Performance appraisal; the Performance management system is imperfect which make it difficult to match the strategic target of the company; The job analysis is not enough, the evaluation index lack target; methods for the performance appraisal is not enough, the result is average, formal and idle; Lack of feedback system and the communication performance.For the performance management problem of the Hunan high-speed guangxin investment company, the paper lays out some recommendations and methods to solve the problems after the research and analysis.The target of the paper is to establish a staff thought of performance management, to make the decomposition of the company strategic target, build the performance management system and a scientific and reasonable index system and resolutely implement. Assess the result of the performance in a fair, just and reasonable way of performance appraisal and make a effective feedback in order to achieve the goals of the company.
