Datian County, Taoyuan Leisure Farm Planning And Development

Since China’s reform and opening up, with the rapid development of economy andthe progress of the society, people’s standard of living has improved significantly andmore and more demand and high quality for enjoying life, leisure agriculture andecological tourism developing rapidly all over.The development of leisure agriculture,without reasonable planning and construction, which requires the government andrelevant units and departments, enterprises’ cooperation, careful planning andconstruction detailed outline.The paper is based on the comprehensive research at home and abroad, accordingto the analysis of the specific status of development and construction aspects onTaoyuan leisure farm in Datian county. Research results suggested that:(1) Theregional conditions, image elements and market potential of Taoyuan in Datian countyis good, which is suitable for the development of leisure agriculture;(2) Taoyuan inDatian county should be based on local agriculture and forestry resources, industrialdevelopment foundation and resources highlight, agriculture-oriented, and combinedwith farming and tourism.Through creative planning and brand management, industrylayout with "1garden1city5area" as the core connotation;tourism layout with "1mushroom2valley5flowers" as its core connotation, which formed the developmentarchitecture and science program;(3) The development of Taoyuan leisure farm inDatian county is a systematic project, which needs from industry status, teamconstruction, marketing, environmental protection, finance, operations managementand other aspects to strengthen policy support and supporting services.
