The firm needs to formulate a scientific planning and a development strategies for future.Firstly, this paper analyzes the firm’s external environment and industry competition situation, and views that external opportunities and challenges coexist full of uncertainty. Secondly, the paper investigates the firm’s several important development stages, sums up the accumulation of resources and capabilities during its growth and shortcomings during the process, focuses on the internal resources and capabilities:core resources, the accumulation of technology and organizational and management capabilities, and suggests that the firm’s development should gradually transform from fully market-led model to the model characterised by management, capability, and strategic predictability planning.
