Humanresources is the first resources in the company, while training andexploitation system is part of human resources management system. Staff training, as animportant part of human resources, has become a necessary mean to maintain theeffective functioning for the entire enterprise. Staff training management system, in atimely, continuous and planned way, is an effective approach for maintaining andenhancing enterprise vitality. We should take staff’s requirement as the foundmion,enterprise developmental strategy as the guidance, to establish and improve a trainingmanagement system adapting to the development of the enterprise. Thus, it may notonly improve staff personal performance, but also enhance the enterprise’s competitivepower in the market.In this paper, the object of study is Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. Theauthor combined the actual experience about the management engaging in this company,analyzed and diagnosed the situation of training through the questionnaire survey.Subsequently, this work revealed the occurring problems in company and the trainingmanagement system based on the strategic direction of Chuanqing Drilling EngineeringCo., Ltd was introduced to the occurring problems. Therefore, the aim of this work is toenhance the level of theoretical and practical reference value for staff training.
