Heilongjiang C investment management company was founded in2001years, and2006years are5menstrual approved by the sasac, and C real estate development companyrestructuring. C investmentmanagement company is mainly engaged in real estate business and development, mineraldevelopment and asset management business.After the joint venture, C company encoutered new problems, how to development, setwhat kind of goals, make what kind of development strategy, these at that time becomecompany is faced with new challenges.In this paper, the C the company’s internal environment and the external environmentwere carried on the thorough analysis.
