The mobile communication system has been 30 years history with high development in china, From one big operator that the china mobile communication group for the leader, and at now with two competitors in china, the totally subscriber have been reach 1 billion, Depend on the technology of science high developing, bring the more change for the living and working. The internet has already turn to mobile terminal from desktop. The end user has the strong needs for the data service. The mobile communication service need new tools such as the Cloud Computing, the Big Data Mining. It’s a big problem that how to analyze the all datum from the end user. Thus the more cooperative partners provide each kind of service and the Cloud Mining platform. The smart manage of data traffic is coming. This papers introduces the Mobile Company of C data service status, and analyze the data traffic has been lost more because the mobile internet service, in order to solve these issues, this paper will give the totally solution combined the data service of the mobile company of the C currently. It’s a stratagem suggestion with the effective service and attractive product for the mobile company under the competition from the mobile internet service. And for the prepare working to the coming 4G.
