As the processing of globalization, the enterprises face more and more pressureof competition. Facing the complex marketing environment, the enterprises must seeka suitable marketing management strategy to better develop. Project managementoriented from the Manhattan Plans of USA War Department in1940s. After enteringChina, Project management was widely used in software, real estate and engineeringconstruction and so on. For the IT industry,it has the following features: quickness ofmarket change and technology update, much implicit knowledge, strong logicalityand team work, as well as complication of market competitiveness. Projectmanagement is seldom used in IT industry marketing.This article put ZTE’s marketing activity as study object. Through a lot ofcomparison charts, various explorations were introduced in detail, for establishing aset of suitable for ZIE’s marketing activities operation mode. Through a series ofreform especially on the human resources allocation, finance management and rewardassessment, the company’s organization structure and responsibilities of marketingteam on project operating become more clearly; Its financial analysis based on projectbecome more transparent; And its assessment based on project become morescientifically. Through the series of reform, the marketing activities are more effectiveand creative. The reform solved the problems such as low efficiency and goalsinconformity in the previous cross-system and cross-department communication,reduced the cost effectively, and achieved optimal allocation of enterprises’ resources,breathing new life into the enterprise development.Through the study of project management mode in ZTE marketing system, theresults can be seen, such as: the project’s human resource management is theguarantee of project operation mode; the financial management of project operation is the basis of project evaluation and personnel incentives; the perfect and scientificreward assessment of project operation is an effective guarantee for releasingemployee’s motivation. As the nation’s largest communication equipment company,ZTE uses project management measures to establish new marketing projectprocessing mode, and apply marketing order obtain and program implement throughproject implement mode. The reform and exploration of this management system willmake a good example for the similar reform of relevant enterprises.
