With the knowledge economy coming, HR is becoming more and moreimportant for the enterprise. How to plan, recruit, use, develop internal talent are veryimportant. Human resource management is able to complete the related functions. Ifan enterprise wants to develop its human resource management, it must meetthe requirement of modern enterprise. But Chinese market economy has been put inforce for decades and there are a lot of shadow about planned economy, Humanresource management of enterprise is in its infancy. Now many enterprises requirehuman resource management combined with management strategy, but often can notachieve the aim in practice. For many small and medium-sized enterprises, althoughhaving human resource department, the staff are not professional and not havingformal training. The department becomes a decoration and the value is unproven. Sothe improving of enterprise’s human resource management is very important.Now SYDT engaged in repairing, facing the increasingly fierce competition inthe market, with opportunity and challenge coexisted. Enterprise’s developmentalstrategy is: to be the first-class one in china in three years. But now the humanresource management of SYDT is restricting the future development, it is verydisadvantageous not to improve this situation. In this paper, analyzes the problems onthe human resource management of SYDT, for example, low satisfaction of staff, theweak awareness on human resource management, the poor function on humanresource management and so on. I design a questionnaire about the overall quality ofthe staff, organization structure, job responsibility, compensation, performance,management and training. From the data, interview and personnel information ofquestionnaire, I comprehensively analyze the situation of SYDT's human resourcemanagement, analyze the problems on the human resource management of SYDT andpropose corresponding countermeasures to improve the problems on the human resource management of SYDT.The human resource management of SYDT is in the traditional personnel stageand managers don’t have enough stress on human resource management and humanresource department having lower status. SYDT has no reasonable system of thehuman resource management and is lack of reasonable planning on the humanresource, even has no system of human resources management. Aiming at theabove-mentioned problems, the paper studies the following four aspects and putforward corresponding countermeasures. First of all, the managers of SYDT shouldrenew the concept, rise awareness of the human resource management. Secondly,SYDT should establish system of the human resource management and designstrategic planning of human resources. Thirdly, we must strengthen basic work of thehuman resource management and increase efficiency by means of a professional way,such as job analysis or job description and so on. Lastly, we should improve thefunction of the human resource management, change the status-quo instaff-recruitment, pay management, performance management as well asstaff-training and enterprise culture construction and so on. In this way, the enterprisecan develop a system of human resources management, work efficiency of all thestaff will be improved and the human resource management of enterprise can make adifference.
