Supply Chain Financial Risk Management

With the market gradually opening, the competition between enterprises became more intense. In order to find a new way, the world came into Supply Chain Finance. Companies’ cash flow, information flow and distribution flow got together. At the same time, enterprises competition model transferred from a single way to group way. So, this change requires new thinking on the mode of the supply chain. In China, most of our banks introduced this SCF to earn more than before. By checking and getting more credit information, banks designed finance products to supply loans.The paper mainly discussed the financial risk management of the supply chain and divided into five parts.The first part discussed the financial background of the supply chain, significance, analysis of the theory, meanwhile, some method, innovation and inadequacies.The second part discussed related concepts briefly. Based on different points of view, introduced composition, characteristic and patterns.The third part is the core content of the article as a whole. With the aid of related models, put forward some risk management methods.The forth part referred to China Citic Bank, put forward commercial bank’s way to control the SCF risk.The last part proposed some suggestion and afterward development of SCF risk management.
