With the new normal economy and the need of enterprises to integrate supply chain business model innovation,domestic supply chain financial projects have developed rapidly.From the perspective of project risk management,this paper studies the supply chain finance project of H enterprise,and analyses its risk management by using modern information technology to build an integrated financial data platform for supply chain.Firstly,this paper introduces the development status,main modes and platform system of supply chain finance,then summarizes the characteristics of supply chain finance,and then analyses the risk factors of supply chain finance,such as risk sources,risk incentives,risk key points,risk management and control difficulties.Secondly,according to the summary of risk factors,combined with the actual operation of supply chain finance in H enterprise,this paper puts forward the risk management strategy of supply chain finance project based on platform integration,and introduces the design principle of this strategy and its important value in supply chain financial risk management.Thirdly,starting from the reality of H enterprise itself,this paper studies the practical role of platform integration strategy in the supply chain financial risk management of H enterprise.We mainly analyze it from three aspects: first,identify the potential risk factors in the business operation process based on a full understanding of the main business model of H enterprise;second,develop the financial risk management links of H enterprise's supply chain,such as the object and the risk management links.Process,follow-up risk management process;3.Introduce the risk management system of H enterprise.Finally,taking the specific operation of project risk control in H enterprise as an example,we should improve the organizational structure framework and standardized operation process,integrate business and weave the supply chain financial service network,so as to find out the links in time and effectively manage the various risks in supply chain finance.According to the research and analysis results of H enterprise supply chain financial project risk management,we find that supply chain finance is an important means for core enterprises and their supporting SMEs to achieve ecological win-win situation.Opening up the upstream and downstream supply chain financial platform plays an important role in it.
