The21st century, enterprise has become an important impetus of economic development,along with our country has entered the new period of constructing the harmonious society, theenterprise has been more and more attention to the social，In recent years, with the process ofindustrialization and urbanization, rural land-lost number increased gradually, how wellplaced these idle labor become the governments’needs to think about, but that rural-urbanmigrant workers returning home entrepreneurship can form that entrepreneurial drivingemployment, employment promoting entrepreneurial interaction pattern,and promte the ruraleconomy development. Therefore, how well to encourage and inspire rural-urban migrantworkers to return home entrepreneurship need to think about. The research suggests thatentrepreneurial intention is the first step of enterprise,To inspire rural-urban migrant workersto return home entrepreneurship, the key is resaching their intention to return and venture.In this paper, through the study on the research and depth interview of20rural-urbanmigrant workers,we find the main influence factors of entrepreneurship intention, and thenbuild the influence factors model, six hypotheses are put forward, and design the migrantworkers return home entrepreneurship intention influence factors scale. Then, organizationstaff sent950questionnaire survey,a total of628back,of which the effective questionnairewas450copies, Finally, using the factor analysis, relevant analysis and regression analysis.Conclusion:local economic conditions,local government policy, local financial supportindividual character, resource level and entrepreneurial intention of parturients;Opportunitycost and pioneering negative correlation between intention.In view of the above conclusions,the study put forward entrepreneurship policies: focused on building the rural market system,perfect the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship support policy, expand financingpreferential policy, creating a strong pioneering atmosphere, increasing business strengthtraining.
