With the rapid economic development, the extensive application of information technology, the fundamental change of the market environment and the quickening of the pace of economic globalization, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce and enterprises are facing huge challenges in terms of their survival and continuing development. Meanwhile with the further development of Reform and Opening, increasingly improve of socialist market economy institution; changes of the International market environment, the Chinese companies which enter International engineering field are facing their own problems.This article is based on the situation of SD International Corporation, through summarizing the research results of the scholars from home and abroad, and the research practice they participate in, start with Process Analysis, Organization Structure, and Process Management Theory. And it researches on the Process Management based organization structure characteristic and establishes corresponding framework, discusses to build a well foundational procedure about Process Management based organization structure, and provides SD International Corporation the ability of survival and competition in a increasingly global competition environment.This thesis contains five chapters. First chapter introduces Research Background, Significance of Research, and Research Content. Second chapter introduces the definition, characteristic and classification of Process; meanwhile introduces connotation of organization, the development of organization theory, discusses the definition of Process management and structure framework, raise four steps to build this organization. Third chapter analyses the current situation of the domestic companies which enter the international engineering market, introduces their current situation and problems. Fourth chapter introduces optimization design of organization structure which is based on Process Management. This part also introduces the current organization structure of SD International Corporation. Analyses existed problems, meanwhile reorganizes key processes in company, raises the implementation of optimization design of organization structure which is based on Process Management. The fifth chapter summarizes the main conclusions of the paper and gives recommendation for further research direction. The following main conclusions are drawn after a careful research on process management and organization change. To master key process and implement process management shall improve the optimization of organizational designing and the work efficiency, and enhance their core competitiveness in a changing environment.
