After the reorganization of the telecommunications industry in2008, the establishment of the three major operators marked the beginning of a full-service business era in domestic telecom. The traditional channel business model will face competitive pressure of product homogeneity. Key of expand channels is the convenience and high efficiency of sales channels. The channel of telemarketing with the advantage of lower operating costs and higher success rate came into sight of operators. The telephone marketing becomes the most important means of communication products sales and customer maintenance.The telephone marketing activities with the characteristics of the project can be used as a project management. Telephone marketing activities is guided by project management theory and tools.This thesis unifies through the theory and the practice analysis carries on the study. This paper expounds the telephone marketing is an important sales channels of enterprises in market competition. But for the telephone marketing activities are lack of scientific management means and methods, For the project management of the telephone business office, the paper confirms research contents and methods.This papers carry on the demonstration research for the stages of the project management, initiatinon phase, the project planstage, the progect implementation phase, project control and project closeout phase stage. The study focus on the feasibility analysis, project plan development, project control, communication management, Human resource management for the project. Finally, this study analyzed and explained the results of project management.
