Telephone marketing, as a rising marketing mode which enables marketing merchants gain greatly, has been widely used in foreign countries and met with success. And call center, the most important carrier of the telephone marketing, has been quickly developed too. Firstly, the reasons to the failure of the telephone marketing project implemented by M corporation which is a professional call center is studied. Secondly, the key factors and issues which should be considered and improved are researched, and the relevant measures and suggestions including the selection of product and contract letting party, the position of self-marketing, construction and management of database, improvement of marketing process, training and management of marketers, improvement of systemic software and etc. Meanwhile, the key factors which impact the selection of product and contract letting party might be reference valuable to other service outsourcer.
