Abstract/Summary:
With the growing popularity of the management thinking, in21st century, individual needs and feelings of the employees has attracted more and more attention. Employee accomplishment is a feeling of success, or pleasure in work. Tendency variable acts as a working organizational commitment are important factors that affect the job performance of the employees and the brain drain. Studies the relationships between employee accomplishment and organizational commitment have a great significance corporate management.Using Spss19.0statistical software for analysis of survey data, this study, combined with the current study, selected300employees which are from different parts of the questionnaire survey to research the relationships of staff work achievement sand organizational commitment with the preparation of their own sense of achievement Scale and empirical research methods.Through the study, we found:employee sense of achievement and organizational commitment, there are significant differences in the different demographic variables; between the various variables and organizational commitment of the employees’sense of achievement, there is a significant correlation.Through the regression analysis we can found:between employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there are significant differences in the different demographic variables; by regression analysis, we found that sense of achievement can be used as a predictor of organizational commitment and there is a causal relationship between the two.Finally, the study of business management advice and inspiration:the standardization of enterprise employees career growth and development of the road, to provide favorable conditions for the employees to achieve their personal and professional growth and development; rationalize expanding and enriching the work of the staff for the staff colorful enjoyment; welfare policy and the remuneration of the human enterprise to develop the standards, to survive and even enjoy the favorable living conditions for employees; warm-employee relationship, and to build an all-round feeling of "home" for employees.
