In recent years,with Mongolia's economic environment is constantly changing,so the thermal power plant and constantly improve their own management level,especially with the staff concerned about their own occupation career,the power plant will gradually organize the occupation career management into the management system,the academic circles also according to the dimensions and affect the organization career management has been a lot of research variables.However,in view of the current research in our country,there are few researches on the impact of organizational career management on the outcome variables.The purpose of this study is that the impact on organizational commitment and the relationship between the organization of proven power plant occupation career management,in order to get some useful conclusions in theory,and in practice for managers to effectively carry out the organizational career management help.This study adopts questionnaire survey method,this study used questionnaires to investigate from Mongolia in Ulan Bator third thermal power plant and fourth power plant two staff of 500 employees,issued a total of 500 points in the final questionnaire,383 valid questionnaires were returned by SPSS 19 and EXCEL 2010 statistical analysis software,data processing and analysis of back.The use of descriptive statistics analysis,the distribution of detailed research samples;using CITC analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire by item analysis;difficulty and discrimination of measurement;through correlation analysis to determine the degree of close relationship occupation career management dimensions,organizational commitment,turnover intention and intention to stay between four of the 22 variables;through regression analysis,verify the relationship between organizational career management dimensions,organizational commitment,turnover intention and intention to stay between the four variables,and the mediating effect of organizational commitment.The results show that: first,the influence of different dimensions of organization occupation career management on organizational commitment and turnover intention and intention to stay.Second,organizational commitment has a significant impact on turnover intention.Third,organizational commitment plays an intermediary role in the different dimensions of organizational career management influence on turnover intention and intention to stay in.Based on the above conclusions,this study management for Mongolia's thermal power station put forward countermeasures: establishing a correct attitude,clear positioning of occupation career management of employees in the thermal power station;understand employees in different career stages of the occupation needs and challenges,and according to their needs at each stage of the specific occupation to help;open training aspects,providing multi-channel position information and help staff occupation cognition,help managers find staff for occupation of its own development path,on the other hand,managers of employee relations and the importance of their contribution and interests.
