Model Based On DEA Efficiency Of Agricultural Production In Anhui Province

Mid rise policy on Anhui Province agricultural production has played a role, but the agricultural foundation is relatively fragile, Anhui Province, agricultural production still have much room to improve, and agricultural production efficiency will directly influence the development of agriculture. This article stand on the efficiency of agricultural production in Anhui Province to study.In this paper, data envelopment analysis (DEA) method of the general theory is based on the theory of selection, planting area of crops, animal husbandry and fishery workers quantity, fertilizer use, agriculture machinery total motive force four variables as input variables, each said land investment, human capital investment, capital input, technology input. Selection of Agriculture Forestry Animal Husbandry and fishery output as output indicators.In Anhui Province, the agricultural production efficiency evaluation and analysis of static (horizontal), which include the Anhui province around the city of2007-2009years agricultural production efficiency and comparison and analysis of Anhui province and throughout the remainder of the provinces from2007to2009, agricultural production efficiency comparison and analysis, found in South region of Anhui Agricultural production efficiency is higher than that of Northern Anhui, in most areas agricultural production in scale large state; Anhui Province agricultural production efficiency is not high, below Hebei, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Henan and Hunan and several other traditional agriculture big province.Next to the Anhui province in2000to2009each year as the research object of the comparative analysis on agricultural production efficiency as well as from2000to2009in Anhui province around the city agricultural production efficiency (comprehensive comparative analysis of technical efficiency). The results show the efficiency of agricultural production in Anhui province from2000to2009with both rising and falling, but the overall trend is upward, i.e. in a spiral state; technology progress in Anhui province is the main reason for the increase of agricultural productivity, technical efficiency contributed little, Anhui province should further strengthen the agricultural R&D, production technology innovation and extension.Finally, in a longitudinal study of the efficiency of agricultural production on the basis of the value, respectively, to macroscopic factors and microcosmic factors as independent variables, the comprehensive technological efficiency and scale efficiency of TE SE as the dependent variable. Using multiple linear regression model measurement method with detailed description of the impact factors and the relationship between the efficiency of agricultural production in Anhui province. On the basis of agricultural finance investment, production of Anhui province agriculture management scale and industrialization, rural urbanization, the level of resource utilization, agricultural investment, agricultural practitioners’ knowledge and accomplishments, are put forward to improve the efficiency of agricultural production in Anhui province and suggestions.
