As knowledge workers appear increasingly much more importance in organizations’ competition, the turnover of which will bring about many disadvantages to the organizations. With the increasingly high turnover intention of the knowledge workers in stated-owned organizations, to analyze the reason why they leave or intend to leave the organization and to control and reduce their turnover intention becomes an urgent task. Literature review on the existing studies on knowledge workers, organizational justice, organizational commitment and turnover intention, the thesis is to analyze the research model of organizational justice(4scale:distributive justice, procedural justice, informational justice and interactional justice) as independent variables, organizational commitment as mediating variable and turnover intention as dependent variable. The study research219stated-owned companies knowledge workers, SPSS and LISREL applied in the study of the questionnaires from the above mentioned workers, the conclusion of the study is as followes:for the stated-owned companies knowledge workers,①distributive justice and procedural justice of the female workers are higher than those of the male workers,②distributive justice, informational justice, and interactional justice of the older workers or those who have a longer years stay in the company are lower than those of the younger works or those who have a shorter years stay in the company,③each of the four dimensions of the organizational justice of the workers is higher, their organizational commitment is higher and their turnover intention is lower,④organizational commitment plays separately completely mediating role between procedural justice, informational justice and turnover intention; Organizational commitment plays separately partial mediating role between distributive justice, interactional justice and turnover intention.
