The Current Situation And Analysis Of The System Risk Assessment For The Quality And Safety Of Animal Products In Our Country

As a great animal stockbreeding country,abundance animal products are annuallyprovided to the whole nation,which has greatly improved the diet structure ofnational.At the same time,abundance animal products are annually provided from ourcountry to the whole world,which has made a significant contribution for our countryby earning foreign exchange through exports. Along with its speediness economydevelopment and the advancement of science and technology,people pay moreattention to the requirement of quality of animal products. Series of incidents aboutlivestock product safety in recent years,have weakened the public confidence for theanimal products safety to a certain degree,and have made a difference to the export ofanimal by-products of our country.As a kind of advanced technology of qualitymanagement,Risk assessment technology systematically uses all science andtechnology and information to make evaluation for the plants and animals and humanor environmental exposure to certain risk factors or the likelihood of the adverseeffect and severity under certain conditions. if this system can be efficiently used inthe management of animal products quality. The potential hazards that exited in thelivestock production,circulation,processing and consumption will be efficientlyprevented,so as the result to improve the quality of animal products in our country.The Animal products risk assessment system starts later in our country,there is agreat disparity compared to the perfect foreign risk assessment system.The author inFebruary2012to September2012, made a summary for the status of the constructionof livestock product safety risk assessment system of China By consulting literatureand website of the government, giving interviews on the livestock product safety regulators; Meanwhile the author has carried on the investigation on the constructionof the quality safety risk assessment system of animal products in Zhengzhou inHeNan province. Based on investigation,The author carefully analyses the presentsituation of the quality risk assessment system and find existing problems of livestockproduct in our country.Such as no healthiness laws,lagged institutionalconstruction,uncovered monitoring area, scattered person,unbalanced laboratoryconstruction,poor information,faultiness emergency response mechanism and so on.These issues seriously hindered the evaluation of animal production in our country.In order to improve the supervised level of the animal products,improve theanimal products quality,heighten safety risk assessment system,ensure animalproducts quality in our country,and safeguard people’s health and social stability,based on the advanced experience of foreign animal products risk assessmentsystem.Finally my own views on the construction of animal products quality safetyrisk analysis framework and livestock product risk assessment warning system wasapplied.
