Reasearch On Technology Roadmaps Of Standard Part Industry In Handan

Standard is a kind of common base parts, it is very widely used class, it can be seeneverywhere in our daily life. At present, there are more than about thirty thousandstandard parts enterprises in our country, has become the world standard partsmanufacturer. Standard parts industry as the city’s pillar industry, after30years ofdevelopment, has more than2300production enterprises, become the main city ofstandard parts production. Our city standard parts production by firms to4.8ordinarylow-end products, the production has a tendency to saturate. With the domesticequipment manufacturing structural adjustment, industrial structure gradually upgradingand increasing needs of high-end products, high-end production there is still much roomfor development. In order to cope with the new process of industrialization, the city ofstandard parts industry must innovate and adjust the transformation.Technology roadmap(TRM) as a new Technology planning and strategicmanagement tool that helps to identify industrial Technology priorities, identify thechange of the surrounding environment, strengthen the management and utilization ofresources, to seek technological breakthroughs, solve the problem of industry commonTechnology. Recently, TRM is popular in American, Britain, South Korea, Japan andother developed countries, and it is proved to be of great help. However, few researchand practical guidelines are offered in China. Accordingly, this paper applied the TRMto standard parts industry in Handan, including Industry Status Quo, market demands,industrial aims, technical difficulties, R&D needs and resources. The main content ofthis paper can be abstracted as follows.(1) Review the theory of Technology Roadmap, described the processes andmethods for the development of industrial technology roadmap.(2) Clarify the industry background and course of development of the standardparts of Handan City, around the industrial environment, industry resources, analysis ofthe Handan City standard parts industry development status, carries on the SWOTanalysis on industry.(3) Overall analysis of standard parts market demand conditions, identify marketdemand factors, a clear trend of industrial development. Based on the demand elements,using grey correlation analysis method, analysis of the absolute degree of market demand factors and industrial objectives, identify target industries.(4) Put forward the theory of TRIZ technology maturity prediction technology,applied to the prediction of the technology industry, identify the key technology in theindustry, provide the basis for the optimization of resource allocation in science andtechnology.(5) Summarizes the market demand, industry objectives, key technologies and theresults of the analysis of the R&D projects, and to identify its associated point together,draw Handan City Standard Parts Industry Technology Roadmap, and as a basis for theproposed industrial development overall vision and suggested that decision-makingreference for the industrial development.
