The Technology Roadmap Research On New Wall Materials Industry In China

As Government is paying increasing attention to building energy saving,new wall materials,as the most important branch of energy-saving building materials,plays an irreplaceable role in relieving the current increasingly serious situation of building energy efficiency.New wall materials has achieved certain progress with the support of central and local governments and the support of relevant industry association in recent years,but compared with the United States and other developed countries,however,China’s new wall materials industry has some gaps in the production scale,production technology,scientific and technological R&D investment,materials maturity and quality stability and other aspects.So,based on that,using technology roadmap which has proved to be effective as innovation kind of technical innovation strategy management tool to develop the technology roadmap of new wall material industry in our country,and plan the development path and key technology of new wall material industry in the future.It has important practical significance.This paper studies the strategy of industrial technology development of new wall materials industry in China according to the general ideal of "industry analysis,market demand analysis,industry aims analysis,technological barriers,and R&D needs analysis".First,the paper defines the definition and classification of new wall materials,summarizes the domestic and foreign technology research status of new wall materials,and analyzes the related theory of technology roadmap from two aspects:technology roadmap and industry technology roadmap.Second,this paper analyzes the current situation of new wall material industry in China,and it studies the new wall materials industry market demand and the industry aims of our country on this basis.The status of new wall materials industry analysis mainly includes the background and development of industry,the industry environment,the boundary and scope of the research.The paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the development of new wall industry in China by SWOT analysis.On the basis of industry status analysis,the paper uses the laws of needs development and policy environment analysis to get the demanded factors of market.The paper also use the group decision making method based on triangular fuzzy numbers to analyze the questionnaire data which is got by Delphi method,and determine the market demand factors that new wall materials industry in our country needs to meet in short,medium and long-term.Through analysis on new wall materials industry’s development goals of our country,to extract the target elements of the industry and associate it with market demand factors,screens the industrial targets that should be breakthrough in each development stage.Third,the paper analyzes the patent information of wall materials,and on the basis of that,it analyzes the key technical problems and research needs of new wall materials industry.The analysis of patent information that related to wall materials is mainly about leading the Logistic modes into the wall materials patent technology life cycle forecasting,and analyzing the patent applicant,distribution of patented technology,distribution of regional patent,distribution of patent inventor and patent word frequency of building wallboard,building block and brick.The paper use Delphi questionnaire survey method to determine the key technical problems and technology foresight of the industry based on the precious study and the analysis about the patent of wall materials.By making associative analysis of determine the key technical problems and target industry,we can contribute the model of key technologies evaluation and sort the importance of industry key technologies by using TOPSIS method with triangular fuzzy numbers.And we can finally recognize the key technology of new wall materials industry in each development stage in the future in China.Through the analysis,induction and summary of expert opinion,we can determine the R&D needs of the new wall materials of our country.At last,according the analysis results above,this paper formulate the market demand of technology roadmap,industry aims technology roadmap,industry key technology roadmap,R&D needs technology roadmap and industry comprehensive technical roadmap.The paper also put forward suggestion on how to implement industry technology roadmap in five aspects,that is,’ensure industry R&D and breakthrough key technology’,’strengthen the guidance and protection by government in the new wall materials industry’,’improve the innovation system of the new wall materials industry and enhance the innovation ability’,’raise more funds and increase the funds of industrial technology development’,and ’strengthen the construction of the talent team in new wall materials science and technology’.
