Study On Industrial Competitiveness Of The County In Shenyang

County is the fundamental administrative unit in a region of China, and county economyis the foundation of our national economy, which called meso-economic betweenmacro-economic and micro-economic. Developing and enlarging the county economy isimportant ways which help establishing the well-off society. However, because of lowefficiency in economic and poor competition, there are many problems during thedevelopment of our county economy, as the direct means of economic competition betweencounties is the industry competition. Therefore, raising the industrial competitiveness of thecounty is the necessary ways to realize a great-leap-forward development.Firstly the thesis starts with the definition and characteristics of the county economy andindustrial competitiveness, in the base of maso-economic perspective, defines the concept andfeature of the county industrial competitiveness. Then, the paper reviews some relevanttheoretical knowledge in industrial competitiveness, and expounds the influencing factors ofindustrial competitiveness, which build a solid theoretical foundation for this article.The paper based on mentioned theory, mainly conducts the research taking Shenyangcity as the example, analyzing the county economy’s status quo in Shenyang, and horizontalcompares its industrial competitiveness of the county’s indicators with Dalian city. The resultreflects the related outstanding problems in Shenyang. Then the thesis tries to establish acounty industrial competitiveness evaluation index system. This index system is composed offour secondary indicators and eighteen three indicators. Besides, the paper combines collecteddata, using factor analysis to evaluate the system, which divided county competitiveness intofour factors: industrial scale factor, industrial performance factor, industrial structure factorand industrial innovation factor. Finally, it obtained the main factor and integrate factor’sscore and sequence in eight districts、(counties)cities. Through practice and theoryunderstanding, and analyze the performance of the eight districts、(counties)cities on fourmain factors and integrate factor, the thesis gives some strategies of promoting the county industrial competitiveness of Shenyang, which promote the healthy and rapid development ofthe county economy.
