Research On Internal Control Of Power Grid Enterprise Under Informatization Environment

Electric power industry is the basic industry and pillar industry of the national economy.The problem of risk prevention of electric power industry is not only related to the powersupply enterprise’s own development, but also related to the people’s livelihood, nationalsecurity and social stability. At present, the information work of the State Grid Corporation ofChina regards the "12th Five-Year Plan" as a guide, takes the rapid construction of SG-ERPsystem as the main line, treats the smart grid and the "Three Sets of Five" informationconstruction as the focus, the work has made new progress. At the moment, ERP and otherinformation systems play a more and more important role in the daily management in powergrid enterprises, information system becomes not only the means of daily management inpower grid enterprises but also a kind of important management thought. At the same time,the risk management has become the core of internal control.The comprehensive implementation of ERP and other information systems in the powergrid enterprises largely changed their original business process, making the internal controlenvironment greatly different, the focus of internal control has been changed and many newrisks began to emerge. If power grid enterprise does not restructure the original internalcontrol, it will seriously affect the normal production and operation. So in the currentinformatization environment, how to restructure the internal control system and avoid therisks has become a problem that the power grid enterprises need to solve urgently.This paper firstly describes the basic theory of internal control, and then introduces theformation of informatization environment in power grid enterprises and the effect on internalcontrol. On this basis, taking the China State Grid Corp owned S electric power company asan example, this paper elaborates the internal control construction of S companies in theinformatization environment, and finally puts forward some countermeasures about how toimprove the internal control in the informatization environment.
