Research On Financial Risk And Internal Control Of Power Grid Construction Project

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's national economy, and growing demand for electricity, power grid construction has been intensified, the process of power grid projects have encountered various problems, such as first construction has not been approved, neglected projects feasibility studies, engineering design is not serious, etc., which can give all kinds of financial risk to company, the financial risk must been regarded in the financial management of the project.Based on the above understanding, thesis based on internal control theory-"Enterprise Risk Management-Integrated Framework", with actual work experience, follow the processes of power grid construction, identification, analysis the financial risk of each stage; and design the control points, then according to the control points and the eight elements of risk management design the control system of the financial risk in power grid construction management, article have practical significance to the ongoing internal control and risk management of power grid.
