Research On Internal Control Of Power Grid Project Cost

How to improve the power grid project cost of internal control,ensure the objectives of cost control implementation is an urgent need to address the problem.This article research cost control from the perspective of internal controlFirstly,this article attempts to start from the theory of the development of internal control,combines of COSO internal control risk management framework,observes overall power grid project cost flow,analyses the controlled power grid construction and question the status quo of Project,design and over budget,Bidding,construction,final acceptance and settle accounts.Secondly,do risk identification on the grid at various stages of the project cost of internal controls by flow chart and questionnaire survey, then do study on scoring of the respondents conducted,quantitative description of the extent of the size of various risks in accordance with the relevant questionnaire and do risk assessment use AHP to propose the corresponding risk measures.Finally,the author summarizes the relevant measures according to Power Grid project cost characteristics of internal control.In this paper,the conclusions according to the results of mathematical modeling study,the proposed measures are effective and reasonable.
