The first part is based on the theoretical basisof the large-scale land management, analysis of the input output radio between the land scalemanagement and labor output radio, and product cost-efficiency. The second analysis ofCixian existing institutional land, pointing to the key inspect of imperfect security system andunspecific land right, and so on. Thus pointing to the problems, the land scale managers havenot been educated less, and the land has been exchanged imperfectly. Finally giving somesuggestion. in order to ensure scale land management continued efficiency, governmentshould provide some service measures, accelerate the development of rural land scaleoperation to promote the transfer of rural labor force and other related content. Further speedup the development continued of modern agricultural and new rural construction.
