Study On The Strategic Mode Risk Of Commercial Bank Enterprise

Risk is the focus of enterprises, especially financial enterprises. With the advance ofinterest rate marketization, slow economic growth, asset quality deteriorated sharply andcome from the competition between financial institutions and other factors, thecommercial banks have further understanding of risk. How to effectively avoid risksbecome scholars, experts and bankers focus. In this paper, from a strategic perspective ofrisk, risk strategy of commercial banks.This paper analyzes the local commercial bank environment, using SWOT, QSPMand other analysis tools to develop and choose risk strategy selection of satisfaction. Andtake the Bank of Hebei as an example of empirical research, put forward somesuggestions on the implementation of risk strategy: adjust the credit policy, intensify thesupervision of credit risk; improve the level of market risk management, improve themarket risk management system; pay attention to the quality of assets, pay attention toliquidity risk; establish perfect operational risk management system, pay attention toemployee training; the optimization of the organizational structure, enhance the level ofcorporate governance; the introduction and cultivation of risk management personnel.This paper consider the risk management of commercial banks from the strategic point ofview, the risk management to the strategic altitude, sustainable development is beneficialto the local commercial banks.
