According to theabove problem, I study on the delimma and Countermeasure of the shanty towns of Wuhancity.Attempts to deeply delve and explore that promote the path of Wuhan city shanty townstransformation and the countermeasures.At first, this paper combed the related research of the domestic and foreign scholars about theold city renewal and the transformation of squatter settlements. And combined with practice inshantytown renovation in our country, to shantytowns in Wuhan and its concept is defined.Analyzes the difficulties faced by Wuhan city shantytowns transformation and the reasons forthese difficulties.And this paper propose countermeasures and suggestions about that broaden the financingchannels; rich compensation approach; perfect administrative system, etc.
