With the reform of our political economy system deepening, and marketable degreeof economy rising, the traditional state-owned enterprises in the process from plannedeconomy bound, is facing severe market competition. The state-owned enterprises shouldchange the idea, adjust system and make strategy innovation for sustainable development.In the fierce market competition environment, cultivating the core competitiveness ofenterprises, and promoting the process of strategic management is particularly important.Good financial strategy is a solid foundation to realize the maximization of enterprisevalue, so it has important realistic meanings to study the financial strategy management.On the basic theory of financial strategy and analysis of the financial data andinformation, this thesis qualifies and quantifies the current financial standing and existingproblems of C Company, and finds that there are some shortcomings in the asset structure,capital accounts receivable turnover rate. Through the PEST analysis, baud model andSWOT analysis of C Company’s internal and external environment, the thesis makes ashort and long term financial strategy, including investment, financing, distribution ofinterests and working capital management strategy. Besides, it points out that the financialstrategy management is a dynamic management process, and should make the appropriatechoice and adjustment in different enterprise’s life cycle. Finally, the thesis gives somesuggestions in the implementation and evaluation of financial strategy. C Company shoulddevelop specific plans, establish a team for strategic implementation and make thenecessary publicity work.
