Studies On Industry Cluster And Technological Innovative Ability Of Chinese High-tech Industrial Development Zone

By the end of2010,China has successively set up105national high-tech zones,the number ofnational high-tech zones already amounted to88, brought together more than50%of the national highand new technology enterprise, while compared with foreign high-tech park,it still have a long way to go.In view of this, we need to further study high-tech industrial cluster and technological innovative abilityand its influence with each other.This paper took high-tech zones as the research object, from the theoretical and empiricalperspective, studied on the relationship between the high-tech industrial cluster and technologicalinnovative ability. Based on the present situation of national high-tech development zones,constructed atheoretical model, analysed the interrelationship of the high-tech industrial cluster and technologicalinnovative ability, proposed measures to promote the technological innovative ability in the gatheringarea. In this paper, in the first,we estimated industrial cluster degree with different measures. The resultshows that: industrial location factors affected China’s high-tech industrial cluster level and industrialdistribution,the new economic geography factors are very important reason for China’s high-techindustrial cluster,the government policies have had important influence on China’s high-tech industrialcluster. The development of China’s high-tech industry to consider not only the impact of naturalconditions, location advantages and policy environment, such as the influence of objective conditions,and at the same time, also pay attention to the balanced development of China’s high-tech industrialinternal structure and high-tech industrial cluster.Then Constructed index system of technical innovativeability, by using the high-tech zone high and new technology industrial location entropy and extractedthree main factors of technology innovation, made regression analysis. The results show that:thetechnological innovative ability index ranked the top ten area is mostly in the coastal areas, at the sametime, mid area is developing rapidly, the strategy of the rise of central China is performed very well; ithas a positive correlation between the high-tech industrial cluster location entropy and the factors oftechnological innovative ability.
