Knowledge workers have knowledge of talents, enterprises should maintain thehealthy development of robust, must through the management to find the source ofknowledge, transfer and application, the use and promote knowledge, rational use ofresources. The modern financial industry is one of the symbols of the era ofknowledge economy industries, is a technology-intensive industry, the knowledgetalented person’s demand is particularly outstanding. Trust industry as an importantindustry segments of the modern financial industry, the core of the staff in line withChina’s typical characteristics of knowledge workers, namely the cultural level high,stand on one’s own, target clear, clear organizational structure, strong liquidity andcompetitiveness. Knowledge workers pay much attention to the realization ofself-worth, achievement motivation is very strong. Therefore, the trust companyshould be how to motivate knowledge workers, so that the value of their stay incompany with the greatest trust industry, managers should consider the problem.This paper firstly expounds the various incentive theories and concepts ofknowledge workers are defined, then the incentive status of the trust industrycharacteristics, current situation and practitioners are analyzed, and points out theproblems, provide a basis for conclusions. Next, the incentive theory as the guide,reference to the knowledge staff incentive factors research achievements of thescholars, the dynamic model of knowledge employees incentive trust was constructedfrom the four dimensions of salary and welfare, work values, personal growth, tissueculture. Using the method of literature research, questionnaire survey method,empirical research method, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis combinedwith the method of knowledge-based trust company, staff interviews, questionnaires,and statistical analysis of the data obtained, the most important motivational factorswere: job promotion, job achievement, occupation career planning, leadership qualityand interpersonal relationship; there is a positive correlation relationship between higher compensation level, work values, personal knowledge and organizationalculture and trust industry worker’s incentive satisfaction; the other knowledgeworkers of different attributes for different drive demand and actual feelings. Andthen, some countermeasures and suggestions on the trust industry knowledge worker,knowledge workers has the certain instruction function to the trust company shouldbe how to incentive. Finally, the shortcoming of this paper and the direction of furtherresearch are briefly described.
