| In a condition that the information technology advanced quickly and economyglobalization has became main stream in this new period,Knowledge has come out to bethe most powerful and influential factor,As well as knowledge economy is the mainstream of economy style. In another words,knowledge employees will become the mainpower of our economy society. Compared with usual faculty,knowledge employees have alot of unique characters in fields such as personal characters,philosophy requirement,value establishment and working style. How to drive knowledge employees is always a hottopic. Also,since it is put forward in1970s,job burnout is hot in research fields ofindustry,organization philosophy and career healthy. The past research has proved that jobburnout a usual phenomena.This thesis is based on the inquiring to knowledge employees and get random speciesfrom related career, using evidence research method to analyze the relationship betweenknowledge employees’ Job burnout and motivator. According to questionnaire, dataanalysis, take out conclusion. The main conclusions are:(1) knowledge employees’ job burnout and motivators are influenced bydemographics variables: age,gander,working age,civil state and so on.(2) Emotion exhaustion of knowledge employees has a significant relationship tocompensation and benefits.(3) Depersonalization of knowledge employees has a significant relationship toindividual development.(4) Ineffectiveness of knowledge employees has a significant relationship to jobcontent.(5) job burnout of knowledge employees has a significant relationship tocompensation and benefits,individual development and job content. Above all,the results of the study verify the assumption basically and achieve thedesired objective.It not only make a contribution to theoretical research to a certain extent,but also have some practical significance. |
