A Study On Resource Conflict Of Supply Chain Enterprises Based On Time Competition

Accompany the fast development of the economy, the enterprise’s competitionenvironment has transferred from the traditional competition among enterprises intocompetition between supply chains. Especially, since entering into21st Century, thecompetition target of supply chain enterprises has gradually turn into time with greatchanges and personalized demand of consumers, so how to quick response becomes thenew strategic management idea of the supply chain enterprise to deal with timecompetition environment. By analyzing the current hotspot and taking L MiningIndustry Group as example, this paper studies on resource conflict of supply chainenterprises based on time competition.This paper firstly generally introduces the basic concept and theory used in theprocess of research, which lays a sound foundation for further research. Secondly, theconcept of resource conflict of supply conflict is followed by these theory. And on thisbasis, the concept of the resource conflict of supply chain enterprises based on timecompetition is pointed out. And from the aspects of conflict source, influencing factor,type and characteristic, it analyses the resource conflict of supply chain enterprisesbased on time competition. Thirdly, by establish the game model, it further analyses theresource conflict of supply chain enterprises based on time competition. Finally, takingL Mining Industry Group as example, it analyses its internal resource conflict,establishes the game model of resource conflict based on time competition environment.According to the result concluded from the above, this paper gives a few suggestions for L Mining Industry Group to resolve resource conflict based on time competitionenvironment, which is quit important to its development.Starting with time-based competition and regarded game theory as basic theory,this paper researches the conflict in resource utilization based on time competitionenvironment. From the respect of influencing factors during the process of resourceutilization, this paper establishes the game model of resource conflict and obtains theoptimal solution under the condition of time-based competition, which provides thetheory references and practical instruction for further research of time-basedcompetition and resource conflict of the supply chain enterprises.
