Nowadays,the new generation of employees is to become the main force ofemployment,they are or have entered the workplace.In the future,they will be the backbone ofthe organization,but the new generation of employees are different from characteristics andneeds of staff and other age.Placed in front of the organizations in this context,one of the mostimportant issue is how to manage the new generation of employees to improve their jobperformance.Currently,emotional intelligence has become research focus in domestic andinternational organizational behavior and human resources management.In the theory andpractice of double promotion after recruitment,screening and training after the introduction oftalent on their jobs whether to give full play to their potential or to create a highperformance.Being put forward of the emotional intelligence better provide a new perspectiveof analysis of the problem and solving the problem for human behavior andperformance.Emotional intelligence reflects a person’s ability of putting the knowledge intopractical use and help us to take measures to deal with various difficulties.EmotionalIntelligence Theory has become a hot topic in foreign field of human resource managementand organizational behavior.In recent years,increasing domestic scholars concerned about thedegree of emotional intelligence.Foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the relationship between emotionalintelligence and job performance that achieved some results.The study found that employee’semotional intelligence have a direct impact on their work performance,which in turn affectsorganizational performance.Therefore,it was significant to the study of emotionalintelligence.The domestic relative speaking about the research in this area is still relativelylacking,the research about the new generation of employees.Emotional Intelligence and JobPerformance is less.In this paper,the new generation of employees as the object of study,thewriter exerts correlation analysis,regression analysis and other empirical analysis to explorethe relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance.In this paper, the newgeneration of employees as the object of study,the writer exerts correlation analysis,regressionanalysis and other empirical analysis to explore the relationship between emotionalintelligence and job performance.It is concluded that the new generation of employeesemotional intelligence on job performance positively predicted.The new generation ofemployees use their own emotion positively predict job performance.Level of the new generation of employees emotional intelligence has a positive impact on their taskperformance.The new generation of employees emotional self—use is positively related totask performance.Level of the new generation of employees emotional intelligence has apositive impact on associated performance.The new generation of employees emotionalself—use is related to associated performance.Endogenous pressure can regulate emotionalintelligence and job performance of the new generation of employees.Binding assay results,we should attach importance to the development of the newgeneration of employees to make reasonable suggestions for human resources management inthe organization.
