In view ofthis, enterprise management is very difficult. In order to solve the problems of the limitedrole and weak binding on the operators which the company governance structure plays,backward management means, inefficient operation mechanism, weak humanconsciousness and lacking of enterprise development potential, we must operate with aforward-looking vision for strategic planning to reduce the randomness and blindness andgive full play to its own resources and advantages, only in this way, we can strive foractive status in the international competition.The objectives of this paper are to formulate development strategies for China22MCC Group Corporation Ltd. Overseas Division, and proposed the implementation ofsafeguards. Through the establishment of development strategy, we aims to improve theenterprise management and employees’ attention of strategic management seriously,promote the enterprise strategy management system, and inspire the staff to participate inenterprise management which aims at meeting the needs of employees in self-worthachieved, so that the entire development embarked on a scientific, sound track. Thisresearch will also provide a useful reference in strategy management to the foreignengineering contracting business and other industry enterprise.In this paper, we shall first briefly introduce the importance of strategic managementfor overseas division, following with this, the development of strategic management athome and abroad and the relevant strategy management theories are reviewed.Then, with using the following method, the paper is to be carried out: analyzing theexternal environment and the internal resources of China22MCC Group Corporation Ltd.overseas division; Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment, a comprehensive analysis on internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunitiesand threats is analyzed by using the SWOT way. Thus, we clear out the focus of theenterprise’s development and choose the optimal management strategy.Finally, based on the development strategy of China22MCC Group CorporationLtd., we put forward the overseas division development planning’s guiding ideology,principle, target, adjustment of priorities and strategic initiatives in development planningperiod, and also proposed the safeguard measures. |
