Applicable Research On On-site Improvement In X Medical Device Enterprise

In current iferce competition in the big international marketing, each enetrprise andspecially the manufacturing enterprise, if they want to survive and develop for long term inthe marketing, they must get and remain the customer through supplying high quality product,meanwhile, they need to reduce the product cost by increasing manufacturing eiffciency，thento get more marketing shares as well as get bigger proift space。So, maintaining stable qualityand continually reducing product cost are the two key or must factors for enterprisedevelopment。On the basis of summarizing the deifnition of Gemba Kaizen and facility distributionoptimization and also other related methods, the paper analyzed the application of on-siteimprovement methods in X Medical Device Enterprise，and put forward the problems in theapplication as well as the suggestions for solving the problems for X Medical DeviceEnterprise on-site improvement。First of all, the paper elaborated the basic method of workmeasurement and standard time measurement method based on stopwatch。Second，accordingto X Medical Device Enetrprise main products manufacturing process, the paper analyzed notonly the application of work measurement、time study and operation balance analysis in XMedical Device Enterprise, also analyzed the improvement at the “bottleneck” in themanufacturing process, and the optimization on the layout of the working cell based on theimprovement。Finally，from the overall point of view, the paper analyzed the application ofvalue stream mapping in X Medical Device Enetrprise some product whole manufacturingprocess and structure, and the new set up future ideal value stream mapping, in order to fulfillthe whole manufacturing system’s optimization in X Medical Device Enterprise。The research for this study has a certain signiifcance to solve the existing problems in theapplication of on-site improvement methods in X Medical Device Enterprise。Meanwhile，itprovides reference to design and apply on-site improvement system in the similar enterpriselike X Medical Device Enterprise o...
