LISION Technology INC. focuses to design and sale semiconductor products: discrete partsand analogy ICs. Since it established eleven years, LISION is stability and growth. Based onLISION’s technological superiority, wins approbation of the famous clients in the Taiwan and oversea withhigh cost performance semiconductor parts. However, LISION h’asnt been researched the companystrategy since that, the company development strategy and plan just exists in the brains of the executivedirector. That is not beneficial to the company to develop smoothly and healthy. LISION has more powerfulR&D technology team, more efficient management and sales team than other competitors. And all theteams are co-working well and clients are satisfied. Witch the development of the company, some of issuesare exposed. So how to face the complex competitor environment to keep stability and growth? Thisarticle chose LISION Technology INC. as the research object of the enetrprise developmentstrategy. The author adopted the sales experience in LISION and the theory and tools ofstrategy management, economics,enetrprise management which studied in MBA, combinedwith LISION’s own characteristics, the current economic situation, the external marketenvironment of the semiconductor design industry, to study LISION’s enetrprise developmentstrategy with SWOT analysis, to deifne the executable and effective enterprise developmentstrategy for LISION Technology INC.. And offered the safeguarding and controlling solutionfor those to maintain and enhance LISION’s competitive forces,to be long-term developmentin the future.
